We are currently recruiting for Business Development Manager for our trusted client. The candidate is to be based out of KSA.
Scope:
Manage a portfolio of existing Private & Governmental accounts in KSA, with key contribution to new business growth in region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify New Leads and Avenues for Business Development.
- Prospecting of KSA market to determine sales strategy linked to major events in the region
- Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives, analysing existing data, market reports and
trends - Manage and book meetings for the Commercial Director and attend as sales support
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with ability to demonstrate annual growth of key accounts in related industry
- Existing network of KSA clients would be desirable
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications and respond to stakeholder enquiries
- RFP lead- ability to take a brief, digest, gather all key info and assign owners with key deliverables to meet
submission deadlines - Identify Marketing & Branding Opportunities in region
- Prepare pitch presentations and Lead client meetings
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Clients needs and objectives
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client
relationships
Skills
- University graduate
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Sales/ Account Management / Client Servicing role in KSA
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), MS Office (particularly MS
Excel) and PowerPoint - Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to
detail - Ability to prepare monthly presentations for stake holders and senior management
- Meticulously organised with ability to meet strict client deadlines
- KSA Driver’s License - open to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to start immediately (preferred)
