Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Account Administrator - WFS to join our Manpower and Mobilization team in Dubai airport freezone area.

Scope

Support the Account Management Team in the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Manager – HR & Admin Ensure the customers & employees expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the each of the assigned accounts
  • Ensure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time frames
  • Ensure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standards
  • Work with the Account Management team to understand client expectations and ensure that the KPI’s are met
  • Ensure timely processing of onboarding and offboarding, communicate any delays, fines, or incomplete documents in a timely manner
  • Maintain complete records of information pertaining to employee Lifecycle
  • Manage the tracking of passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
  • Ensure system data is accurate at all times
  • Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Track all transactions and provide updates to the account management team on regular intervals
  • Responsible to raise VRF (vacancy request form), CRF (contract request form), OAF (operational amendment form), Update oracle with employee information, addition and deletion of medical insurance, Visa processing and cancellation, Passes and permits

Skills

Knowledge - Experience

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Similar Position in the industry
  • Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Hard Skills:

 

  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • General knowledge in MS Office
