Job Description

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting an Account Administrator for our offices in Dafza, Dubai. 

To support the Account Team in the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Account Manager and Account Executive. Ensure the customers' expectations are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.

 Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the assigned accounts.

  • Ensure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time frames.
  • Ensure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standards.
  • Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
  • Process application of employment visas and manage the process
  • Manage the tracking of passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
  • Assist in the on boarding and off boarding of employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Enter VRF and CRF in Oracle and follow through on their complete approval
