Job Description

Transguard is currently hiring an Account Manager- Manpower/Aviation to join their team which is head quartered in Dubai.

The scope of work mainly is to support the smooth and efficient delivery of the client's contract, as well as any other allocated contracts, in line with the commercial agreement. Ensuring we always deliver exceptional service and maintain profitability & customer satisfaction.

Be the main point of contact for the dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity & accuracy are always maintained. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation and HR services.

Job responsibilities involve-

  • Manage the P&L of portfolio maximizing revenue and contribution and ensure complete capture of all rechargeable costs, such as accommodation, visa renewals
  • Responsible for the management of overall data integrity and accuracy, across all accounts under your ownership
  • Flexibility in terms of hours & days of work depending on critically important working days as advised by the Client
  • Identifying growth opportunities and handing them over to the Senior Manager to convert to deals. Once converted ensure receipt of any applicable addendums, additional contract security and mobilization payments
  • Ensure the Operations team works efficiently and effectively and are carrying out and any all duties assigned to them
  • Ensure the Operations team maintain accurate and reliable data using the agreed formats as instructed by the Senior Manager
  • Manage the Operations team to ensure strong relationships with all the Employees deployed to the assigned contract
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager including but not limited to being on call, CSR activities etc.
  • Assist with the wider Aviation team as and when requested by either the Senior Manager, BU Head or BU Director
  • Follow all Company procedures, guidelines and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, as well as Group colleagues
  • Ensure timely delivery of scorecards in line with Group expectations
  • Undertake site visits as required and attend any regular meetings the client or Senior Manager requests
  • Be responsible for overall Employee welfare, leave approvals, payroll concerns and any other HR related concerns
  • Attend Lean Six Sigma training and deliver an appropriate project within agreed timescales
