Account Manager-IFS Soft Services

Job Description

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for IFS -soft Services to join our team at Tranguard Group for a retail project.  The candidate is to be based out of UAE.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following;

  • Responsible for developing the business growth of the account
  • Implicitly understanding the commercial aspects of the contract and managing the service delivery within the boundaries of the contract
  • Preparing a quarterly report with monthly operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts in question
  • Investigating with the Divisional Manager should any expected gross profit on the contract is not met.
  • Ensuring invoices are prepared, delivered, and paid
  • Managing the team structure and developing it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget
  • Conducting site visits to view staff performance and help to motivate staff
  • Planning mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client
  • Checking and signing off the monthly payroll
  • Resolving staff issues together with relevant departments, including salary discrepancies, emergency leave, reallocation of staff to other contracts, accidents, etc. 
  • Monitoring absence and accident rates and undertake any correction actions required
  • Responsible for ensuring that the maintenance & operations activities are carried out in compliance with safety procedures on site and continuous effort is made to reduce risks to the site and personnel
  • Budgetary control
  • Managing the utilities and energy activities
  • Attending monthly meeting with clients
  • Managing multiple FM projects.

Skills

  • 7 years or more in the field of Facility management in a managerial position
  • 2 years and more in Mall management in a managerial position
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in facilities management and BICSc training certificate
  • Good Knowledge of heavy-duty cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals
  • Good influencing skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects-commercial and contract awareness
  • Holding valid UAE driving license is mandatory
