We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager-Transguard Workforce Solutions to join our team at Transguard Group in our HQ, located in Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope

To lead, manage and operate the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, whilst meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients, ensuring all operations are inline with the
standard operating procedures.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for day-to-day running and maintaining the account in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Understand the commercial agreement and manage the service delivery within the timelines and deliverables of the contract
  • Identify and set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts
  • Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract
  • Ensure all contractual Service Level Agreements are met and delivered within the agreed timeframes
  • Ensure the eligibility criteria is correct and meets Transguard's standards
  • Plan ahead and agree with the client for new staff requirements to meet any future peaks and troughs
  • Manage Account executives in order to supervise their day to day operations and performance
  • Develop a consistent approach to managing your team that will ensure reach their goal
  • Ensure the team can manage the delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations),
    passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations, escalate issues only when required

Skills

Knowledge - Experience

  • 3-5 years in a similar position in the staffing industry
  • Experience in payroll and invoicing
