Job Description

We are looking for General administrator reporting to account manager for day today operation.

The requirement is for Abu Dhabi at Yas mall. 3-5 year experience in general admin.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Raising PR in oracle,
  • communicating to supplier/ client/ monitoring CAFM (rising task/closing),
  • closing PPM, NCR etc,
  • preparing proposal,
  • raising monthly invoice,
  • preparing weekly monthly internal and client report,
  • filing day today operation documents,
  • handling petty cash etc etc

CAFM Task

  • Daily assign/close CAFM PPMS/reactive tasks
  • Check PMS documents deadline on weekly/ monthly basis. (Client PMS monthly review every 29th of the month)
  • Daily and Monthly Task
  • Updating T&A TG and all Subcon to be forward to client on daily basis
  • Updating Recording and Filing TBT and Training attendance.
  • Updating Weekly report together will subcon report Every Sunday for Monday meeting presentation to client
  • Updating Recording all supervisor checklist
  • Raising Consumable PR in Oracle Every 15th and 25th of every month.
  • Raising PQR if required.
  • Raising Quotation and update sales tracker if any.
  • Requesting procurement to upload approved quotation and raised PR if any.
  • Monitoring petty cash and to be submitted for reimbursement every 2 weeks.
  • Should be submitting EHS report 1st week of every month.
  • Preparing and submitting Monthly report after the cut of date of 25th of every month.
  • Preparing Invoice including adhoc jobs every 20th of every month.
  • Submitting Monthly Consumption every end of the month.
  • Submitting Monthly Adhoc and contractual revenue to line manager.
  • Submitting monthly basis ( TBT, MOM, CI Log, CCM ) to the line manager.
  • Submitting T&A to payroll every end of the month.
  • Raising Shifting, DF, Off Hire notification request if required.
  • Submitting Sick leave Summary to HR every end of the month.
  • Review and confirm Payroll Draft shared Line manager every month.
  • Maintaining all Office Documentation up to date.
