We are currently recruiting for an Administrator - Administration Management join our Group Human Resources team in Al Quoz HR Office, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Carefully monitor and manage airside pass applications and cancellations, OHC medical scheduling, PR requests, and other administrative tasks
- Regularly updating and checking important systems, such as excel trackers, HR360, ASP management system, oracle systems, and power bi, to ensure accurate and up to date information
- Maintaining a smooth operation of the Airside, OHC, and PR process
- Accurately executing administrative tasks by paying attention to detail
- In charge of generating monthly reports that are submitted to the finance and payroll departments, ensuring proper allocation of costs
- Saving relevant documents and keeping track of costs in an organized manner
- Handle various communication tasks, including effective communication with internal and external teams and departments
- Promptly respond to emails and address any urgent matters
Skills
Knowledge - Experience (Preferred)
- Diploma or Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry in GCC
- 1-2 years in the industry
- Strong knowledge of Administration Management
- Ability to plan and organize workload
- Subject Matter Expert in GCC labor law
