We are currently recruiting for an Administrator - Operational Deployment Centre to join our team.
Scope
The Security Operations Centre Administrator is responsible to the Security Operations Centre Manager for the delivery of consistent, compliant, and effective support to the contract management team.
Operational Excellence
Responsibility
- Supports the daily activities of the Operations Center assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved
- Provide administrative support to ensure that the operations are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner
- Update the deployment list accurately
- Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of supplies, raising orders for stationaries when required
- Keeping a track record of annual leaves, resignations, making sure that tickets are booked on time, and informing staff about flight timings and any flight changes
- Arrange trainings e.g. Fire Safety, First Aid, CCTV, and coordinating with the training provider
- Entering training records for TGSS staff in TR360 once the staff has completed the training
- Making off day rosters for site-based staff
- Updating employee data in the deployment list and ensuring that these are kept up to date
- Updating Multiple Transfer Forms (MTFs) in Oracle
- Preparing all logbooks e.g., Daily Occurrence, Key Register, lost and found logbooks for site-based staff
- Placing Uniform orders Jafza Pass /other passes for TGSS staff online application
- Solving staff queries e.g. salary complaints and any other issues
- Interfaces regularly with the SOC Manager/Coordinator
- Meets all requests within the agreed time scale
- Provide additional operational support and guidance to the operational security teams as required
