We are currently recruiting for an Administrator-Operational Deployment Centre to join our Accommodation Services team in Dubai.

Scope

The Security Operations Centre Administrator is responsible to the Security Operations Centre Manager for the delivery of consistent, compliant, and effective support to the contract management team.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence              

  • Crisis management. The primary responsibility is to raise the incident and pass it on to the parties concerned to overcome the potential damage or reduce it to a minimum in the event of a disaster
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Deployment of all site-based resources needs to be monitored daily across all TG Accommodations Administration, Reporting and Analysis
  • Responsible for raising issues related to the E2E Deployment Process
  • Responsible for DOC team members and assisting them on their day-to-day operations to fulfill their roles
  • Resolving deployment related issues
  • Taking deployment Initiatives ensures all existing processes are always up to date and focused on driving efficiencies at company level
  • Training Accommodation/DOC team on Grooming – Training modules etc.
  • Check all new pre-plans, verify the demand of all resources ensuring that requirements are met by each accommodation
  • Liaise with Account managers and BU’s head on day-to-day deployments
  • Liaise with COE team and Accommodation for training
  • Liaise between Accommodation, Demand Planning and BU Operations teams
  • Carry out regular inspections/audits within all TG accommodations to ensure that all deployment Operations are in line with company standards
  • Responsible for all IT equipment related to the deployment process, have fail safes in place for no too low impact on real time reporting
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
