Job Description
Scope
This position is responsible for the administratation of the time and attendance, payroll systems.the junior payroll administrator is also responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll services including recordkeeping and reporting
Position Responsibilities:
•To enter time and attendance (hard copy/soft copy) in time sheet
•To ensure rosters are received within the agreed deadlines and that the blank Timesheets are printed within the agreed SLA's
•To ensure all payments are accurately made
•To calculate and accurately record all ad-hoc payments
•To release undisbursed salaries/leave salaries on authorization
•To prepare cash packets for full & final amount to give to HR.
•To prepare Salary Certificates and Salary Transfer letters.
•To accurately file all Payroll paperwork daily.
•To update the KPI reports on a monthly basis
