Administrator – Transactional Shared Services is responsible for the day to day running of the Onboarding programof the Group HR Team, by upholding strategic plans, both long and short term, aligned to the business growth strategy. The individual will be required to support the overall objectives and tactics implemented at both a group and business unit level, ensuring each business unit has a solution that meets their individual requirements but balances group efficiencies.
The individual will be responsible to positively contribute to a collaborative and supportive Employment Visa Processing, Government Medical Registration, Emirates ID Registration, Residency Visa Processing and Visa Cancellation functions. They will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with all levels of employees, ensuring the service they provide fully supports the business needs, ensuring they provide a proactive customer service focused, first class Transactional Shared Services delivery.
The individual will work under the management of Manager – Transactional Shared Services to further enhance and implement the service offerings available in addition to providing a streamlined and efficient process through the automation and utilisation of the available HR systems.
As a member of the HR team, you will be a role model for the business to live and breathe the vision, mission, and values of the organisation.

- Strong knowledge of Onboarding and Offboarding legal requirements
- Ability to plan and organize workload
- Subject Matter Expert in GCC labour law
