Administrator – Transactional Shared services (HR)

Job Description

Transguard is now looking to recruit an Administrator for our Transactional Shared Services. As a member of our HR team, the Administrator – Transactional Shared Services, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the onboarding programme of the Group HR team, by upholding strategic plans, both long and short term, aligned to the business growth strategy.

The individual will be responsible to positively contribute to a collaborative and supportive employment visa processing, government medical registration, Emirates ID registration, residency visa processing and visa cancellation functions.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following:

  • Measuring and validating of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization.
  • Recommending innovative methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies.
  • Collating reports for MPR, control rooms, CCM logs, balance scorecards and all other TG reporting tools
  • Developing strong and collaborative relationship with all levels of employees as a subject matter expert on all Transactional Shared Services areas
  • Contributing to HR department meetings and the recommendation of solutions for the Transactional Shared Services department, business department, and business-wide challenges.
  • Managing delivery of all day-to-day activities of a multi-site team, ensuring service SLAs are met based on the current levels in the Transactional Shared Services Process Manual
  • Ensuring that communications to key stakeholders are provided in a concise and timely manner.
  • Managing delivery of resolutions for incoming calls via telephone, portal, drop-in and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Ensuring appropriate escalations are carried out in a timely manner to Manager - Transactional Shared Services.

 

Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of onboarding and offboarding legal requirements
  • Ability to plan and organize workload
  • Subject matter expert in GCC labour law
  • Able to analyze and independently solve a variety of difficult situations and problems
