Transguard is now looking to recruit an Administrator – Translation, who will provide support and assistance to the Senior Director – Group Strategy & Sales. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic as they will be required to translate Arabic to English and vice versa. The job holder will be responsible for interpreting and translating RFP documents (written and spoken), respond to government agencies in Arabic and also support in sales presentations.
In this role, your responsibilities include the following:
- Working with the Bid Team to respond to government portals
- Translating bid related documents from English to Arabic and compile the information into readable and presentable format
- Supporting the Senior Director – Group Strategy & Sales, by attending meetings and presentations
- Identifying key contacts in government agencies and arranging meetings with government clients
- Working with the Marketing Team to convert text and audio recordings from English to Arabic
- Producing the presentation slides for sales pitches
- Managing the calendar and diary of the Senior Director – Group Strategy & Sales and booking meetings on his behalf.
- Supporting in the production of management reports
- Ensuring all sales activity is logged and recorded in Salesforce and generating reports when necessary.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a translation role
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken, written and reading)
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
