Job Description
The Airport operations cordinator - Aviation, will have an overall responsibility of the Administrative and Operational performance of the department prescribed in Business unit.
The individual will be responsible to assist and ensure that all daily administrative and operational tasks run smoothly. Maximize the utilization of resources and provide a dynamic resource allocation plan by optimally allocating the key operational resources including manpower, equipment and facilities on the day of operation.
Responsibility
- Deployment of all site-based resources need to be monitored during the shift,
- Prior and/or at the start of the appropriate shift, taking into account the actual availability of manpower from each accommodation
- Communicate the pre-plan and requirement between accommodation coordinators and site-based team
- Check the pre-plan and undertake and verify with demand of all resources ensuring that requirements are met from each accommodation
- Responsible and accountable for Operation Supervisor, Team Leader & Accommodation Coordinator;
- Responsible and accountable for staff training (Internal & External);
- Responsible and accountable for creating operational reports and updating the relevant systems
- Responsible and accountable for staff welfare / absenteeism and attrition;
- Responsible and accountable for staff briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks/Safety;
- Responsible and accountable for new recruitment/ mandatory training/deployment of staff;
- Responsible and accountable for client (SLA) service level agreement/(KPI) key performance indicator performance;
- Responsible and accountable for staff uniforms, planning, delivery and maintenance.
- Implement and monitor all daily checks ensuring that all supervisors accurately complete the necessary documentation.
