Job Description

This role will be based in DAFZA, Dubai. 

Scope:

Supporting FP&A Manager in financial planning and reporting cycle for the assigned business unit and performing analysis, review and reporting of financial results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist FP&A Manager to assemble and summarize data to structure standard suite of reports on financial reporting system
  • Assist in developing financial models and conducting benchmarking and process analysis
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
  • Perform reconciliation exercise on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure completeness of data in reporting and planning system
  • Assist in analysis on a monthly basis and provide explanation for the variances vs. budget, forecast and prior periods
  • Assist in month-end reporting and facilitate month-end processes
  • Collate financial and non-financial data from different internal and external sources and convert into meaningful information for various MIS reporting purposes
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Assist in delivery of standard suite of reports from reporting application on a monthly basis for monthly BU pack
  • Assist in collecting budgetary information and preparation of budget
  • To develop standard templates and dashboard for continuous tracking of various KPIs and other important metrics
  • To drive and support business improvement projects within the business and the network
  • Assist in undertaking analysis and project support for business case preparations, due diligence, special projects and scenario planning
  • Support with monthly rolling forecast process
  • Assist with approvals of purchase requisitions, cash requests, client CCAFs etc
