Transguard is currently recruiting for a Assistant Manager – Admin Operations to join their Client's team, based out of their company Headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The job holder is responsible for managing outsourced employee payrolls, administrative procedures & records, validate sick leaves, Letters and any other requests raised through the HCM, or in relation to the Outsourced Admin Operations.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS-
Day to day operations:
- Process monthly payroll payments related invoices and liaise with Finance for costing and other Ledger balances.
- Ensure to capture required data changes timely/accurately in the HCM system.
- Reconcile short- and long-term liabilities along with advances with the book entries.
- Review and process all HCM self service requests as per policy.
Payment Administration:
- Assist in monitoring of the maintenance and integrity of outsourced personnel databases.
- Assist the execution of all decisions issued by management regarding hiring, transfers, termination of services etc.
- Validate the end of service indemnity, billed by the outsourcing providers
- Verify all the expenses billed by outsourcing provider for staffing services
Reports:
- Maintains database for management review.
- Enter and ensure continued data maintenance in HCM and generate updated weekly/monthly reports.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating policies and procedures. Also, provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
