Job Description
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and controlling various type of cash operations within the area of responsibility. Ideal candidate must have a min. EPT level 4 as per TG standards and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Controlling and supervising all cash operations ensuring their smooth running and accomplishment within the stipulated time frames.
2. Assisting cash operations team in planning and coordinating all operational activities.
3. Ensuring all reports/returns to Head Office.
4. Maintenance of oracle record of all TG cash services employees.
5. Coordinate with Payroll on employee salary issues.
6. Maintain overtime records of all operations teams.
7. Maintain annual leave records of all employees.
8. Ensure all field staffs are licensed as per the regulatory requirement.
