We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator - Sales Support to join our Business Development Team in Dafza Head Office, Dubai.
Scope: Responsible for registering with new entities for Business Development purposes, maintain existing registrations and compliance to pre-qualification requirements of opportunities. Coordinator is also responsible for proposal production while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timelines of actions.
Responsibilities:
Coordination
- Management of multiple tender portals, registering expressions of interest, submitting tender/PQQ returns and posting/receiving queries
- Liaise with staff in all departments to collate technical information to use in pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ), responses to invitations to tender (ITT) and business proposals
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, Operations teams, and business functions
- Champion document management and change control best practices
- Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
- Provide advice on flow, language, and grammar to content owners
- Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format ensuring that all elements of the questions are answered comprehensively
- Maintain and make available master document sets
- Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents
- Manage the meeting calendar, setting up meetings as required by the bid programme
- Conducting bid governance / compliance
- Responsible for the coordination and conversion of leads received and created
Skills

- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the same role in the same industry including 1-2 years in the middle east
