Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees! We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team at Tranguard Group. The candidate is to be based in Dubai.
Purpose-
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex business processes and systems to improve organizational efficiency. This includes identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and working with stakeholders to implement changes.
Responsibilities-
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Document business requirements and turn that into a technical business requirement.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure final solutions are as required.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to upper management.
- Monitor and track progress of implemented solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Salesforce, Oracle and mobile app delivery technologies such as flutter would be required
- Strong Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a combination of technical and business skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
