Business Development Executive - Security Services

This role will be based in DAFZA, Dubai.

To develop new business in the Security industry 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the Security Guard Industry and of the current market conditions
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
• Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new/ existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Lead all security sales leads and work with operational team to take forward any lead

• The successful incumbent will have strong communication and presentation skills.
• He/she will possess the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• Carry commercial awareness.
• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• The ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational skills.
• Self motivated, resilient and target driven candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with preparing a financial summary will be essential
• Strong sales experience within the security industry is a preferred asset alongside good sales relationships within the security sector.
