Transguard is currently seeking a Business Development Manager-Integrated Facilities Services. As Business Development Manager-Integrated Facilities Services, you will be creating and securing revenue through identifying, establishing and nurturing relationships with key target clients who purchase FM Services.
In this role, your responsibilities include the following;
• Identify potential clients through detailed market research and lead generation
• Create market maps of target industry sectors
• Be an expert in using the CRM system for collating and manipulating data
• Secure client meetings with potential buyers of FM services
• Regularly attend industry and business networking events to generate new relationships and facilitate introductions
• Generate RFP’s/RFI’s and pass to the bid team to tender, collating as much information as possible, testing boundaries etc
• Work with business unit heads and accounting in providing accurate pricing for clients
• Provide weekly/monthly reports or at the request of the BD Director on specific KPIs, revenue and pipeline.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;
• University degree
• Market mapping experience
• Demonstrated successful lead generation experience and results
• Customer relationship management
• Effective influencing and negotiation
• Strategic and business planning skill and experience.
Must have experience in developing technical solutions.
