Business Development Manager - Workforce Solutions

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager - Workforce Solutions.  This role will be based in DAFZA, Dubai.

Scope: 

To develop new business in the outsourcing business 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the outsourcing Industry and of the current market conditions
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
• Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new/ existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Manage the KPI’s and deliverables of the workforce solutions sales team 

• The successful incumbent will have strong communication and presentation skills.
• He/she will possess the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• Carry commercial awareness.
• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational skills.

• Experience with preparing a financial summary will be essential
• Knowledge of the Outsourcing recruitment industry will be required
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as sales force
