We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join our team at Tranguard Group. The candidate is to be based out of UAE.
Job Responsibility-
- Supplier HOD with weekly/monthly tracking and reporting of KPI’s.
- Deliver procurement projects as identified by the Director of Business Support and other Business units.
- Define project scope, targets, success criteria and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential blocks and produce contingency plans.
- Clearly and timely communication of project plans and deliverables to team members and the management team as appropriate.
- Draft and submit budgeted and non-budgeted savings proposals, plus recommend subsequent budget changes and benefits capture.
- Instigate, negotiate, draft and/or manage the development of supplier contracts as required.
- Responsible for ensuring timely turnaround of approved PR’s into PO (clarifying anything unclear specified on the PR with the business unit per SLA’s.
- Ensure all procurement activity and documentation is compliant with procurements SOP’s.
- Develop the use of best practices and tools for execution and management of workload as appropriate.
Skills
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a UAE base FMcompany (Procurement/Operations).
- Export in managing Subcontractor/3rd party services for FM & Capital projects.
- Expert knowledge of the FM consumables market in the UAE.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships.

- Intermediate Computer Skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
