Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a CAFM Engineer for our facilities management team. This position is based out of DAFZA, UAE.

Job Purpose-

As part of the FM team, the CAFM Specialist will be responsible for managing, programming, and upgradation of CAFM projects, IOT cloud-based platforms, Dashboards, and their interfaces with other systems, devices, and sensors ensuring user support (troubleshooting) and Technical support for maintaining systems and operating according to Transguard Digital Transformation Strategy.
He/ She will be responsible for centralizing the data along with analytics and implementing different logic to efficiently utilize data for smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibility-

  • Develop, Support & Maintain CAFM system, Dashboard, Workflows, Reports, API interfacing, and Integration of IoT devices in cloud-based platforms.
  •  Understand and Develop BRD for new setup and projects including flowcharts, layouts, logic as per the internal and external requirements.
  • Verify and Validate the development of software, its programming, and interfacing as per the requirement and suggest any changes for improvement and upgrades.
  • Prepare and close out the development of software/project / Integration as per the BRD.
  • Provide training of different levels to staff as per their role and requirement on utilization of CAFM system and technology.
  • Prepare SOW for client-related projects related to digital transformation or products related to the field.
  • Introducing innovation and continuous improvement across all clients for the CAFM system and its use.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed for digital transformation.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments, and external vendors for the development, execution and closeout of the project.
  • Provide technical supervision to the on-site team and suppliers were required to ensure the project is implemented successfully.
  •  Independently maintain the CAFM system and update processes related to digital transformation to ensure their effectiveness.

Skills

  • MS Office Suite
  • FSI Concept Evolution. Workflow Pro and FSIGO Mobility
  • .net, C#, Javascript, VisualBasic, SQL. Android Development knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in Systems Integrations.
  • Microsoft Suite (including Azure, Dataverse, PowerBI, PowerPlatform, Sharepoint Online).
  • Reporting skills
  • Deliver projects under pressure
  • Data Analytics
