Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Client Security Account Manager for a global client based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, the successful applicant can live in either however will be expected to make trips as and when required between the Emirates.
Client Security Account Manager will oversee the services and deliverables for the Client to which Transguard is providing Services too. The Client Security Account Manager is responsible and accountable for all of Transguards' Services and Deliverables to the client, including:
- Day-to-day Vendor operations within the assigned Cluster, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating Vendor Personnel.
- Understanding of security requirements, licensing and protocols for the UAE to ensure correct management of security team.
- Build, improve, and maintain relationships with client on a daily basis.
- To develop & retain Transguard personnel whom are working directly for the client.
- Be agile and have the ability to react quickly to any company or client requests as they come in. The role will require strong self-management and flexibility on a day to day basis to ensure all is completed to high clients standards.
- Coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account
- Meet or exceed cost-saving/efficiency & operational goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain or oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for Transguard personnel and provide after-hour emergency response as/if required.
- Communication and implementation of metric and procedural updates with the Client Security Manager.
- Track progress on broken device repairs and include all client meetings as required.
- Manage Client “Remedy Ticketing System” to ensure information is correct and status is updated as required.
- Review desk journal, tickets, badge logs, and visitor records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and report any deviations and implement remediation as appropriate.
- Oversee onboarding and on the job training / licensing and any local requirements.
- Track alarm violations and manage reporting on violators, cause and resolution.
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- Assure regular communication of issues or program to Client.
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Other contract management responsibilities as determined by Client.
- Develop Transguard team personnel in both technical and professional skills.
- Management of Transguard personnel (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, annual formal performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
- Assure Transguard personnel records are updated and accurate.
- Assure communication of policies and company announcements.
- Meet all position requirements Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific on the job training, Client-specific training, and an annual refresher training for Transguard personnel.
- Develop/maintain operational procedures so that valid, site-specific operations and Post Orders are always available for emergency reference by the Transguard personnel.
- Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the Site(s), maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists.
- Responsible for working with Client to resolve or escalate all day-to-day issues related to deliverables for the Client, including Transguard personnel management, staffing, SLAs, continuous improvement, communication, documentation and training.
- Travel to Sites being serviced by Transguard within the Client scope as needed.
- Travel to and attend meetings outside of the Client that are scheduled or noted in the Work Order
Skills

- Previous experience handling account will be a plus
- Past work experience in the UAE will be advantageous
