Commercial Relation Manager

We are currently recruiting for Commercial Relation Manager to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

As a Commercial Relation Manager, will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners within the Livestock and Meat Products Trading industry. his primary focus will be on fostering long-term business partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•  Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.

        2.   Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Livestock and Meat Products Trading industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets.

        3. Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

        4.  Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance the company's competitive position.

        5. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to strengthen business relationships.
