Scope:
The concierge is responsible for the overall club car services, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Assist Seniors and Masters with any additional Marina operations Responsible for transferring marina users and goods to and from the marina and carpark.
Responsible for general cleanliness and sanitizing of the club car fleet. Responsible for basic maintenance of the club car fleet. Responsible for inspecting and reporting wear and tear, and damages to the club car fleet to the line manager and technicians.
Responsible for replenishing ice stock in chest freezers.
Responsible for delivering ice to clients.
Ensure club car requests are seen promptly and timely.
Ensure communication between concierge and customer service representatives for club car and ice requests is clear, precise, and timely.
Ensure communication between concierge and operations for club car and ice requests is clear, precise, and timely.
Ensure communication between concierge and technicians for club car major repair and maintenance is clear, precise, and timely.
Carrying out any other assignment or undertaking required by the line manager.
Adhere to set KPIs and ensure service delivery is a top priority at all times
Skills
Skills:
Light vehicle license or previous experience around vehicle driving, either club cars, forklifts, tractors, etc.
Hospitality background
First-line customer-facing experience
Customer service oriented
Smart outlook
