Coordinator-Demand Planning and Deployment

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Demand Planning & Deployment to join our team at Transguard Group, in our HQ located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope

The key activities that the employee will focus on are around the creating of efficient rosters for all the BU’s and uploading into Oracle and Proactively monitoring client, contracted demand, and ensuring changes are reflected and updated in the rosters.

Responsibility

• Responsible for raising deployment forms of (off hired/deployed) employees to keep the system maintain and updated
• Raising transport request forms for (Visa medical/EID fingerprints) and other reason when required
• General requests from the clients for Business support like TGID card copies, PP and Visa Copies, EID copies, Photographs and NOC Letters etc.
• Assisting Ops Team in preparing the documents for all clients and maintaining various reports as and when required
• Responsible for raising shifting notices of MOS employees from TG and client accommodations as and when required
• Responsible for keeping the track of the MOS employees shifting to TG/Client camps and assists BU Coordinator in finalizing the camp analysis report. Maintain and keep the locations of employees accurate
• Prepare Daily/Weekly reports as required by BU/Management
• Run Data Dump reports (TGSS/MOS/FMH) from oracle on daily basis and share it with BU/Coordinators/Management
• Shifting employees to client accommodation and managing day 1 deployments from TG accommodation
• Arranging employees for trade tests and trainings 
• Employees briefing daily morning and evening
• Submitting weekly reports on trade tests, deployments and shifting

Knowledge - Experience (Preferred)

• 6 months to 1 year in a Similar Position   
• 1 to 2 years in the industry            
• 6 months to 1 year in a management role             
• 1 to 2 years in the Middle East      

Knowledge- Education

• Bachelor’s degree

• ICT skills in MS Office, especially Excel etc.
