Job Description
We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Employee Welfare and Relations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Record any ESS Welfare issues or concerns reported by TG employees.
Escalate / coordinate employees grievances with the relevant BU.
Escalate immediately to the ESS Welfare.
Manager any incident, accident or dispute.
Submit to the ESS Welfare Manager monthly reports of Hotline activities.
Ensure employees Hotline queries are being resolved in a timely manner.
Nominated Authorized Medical Representative.
Effective communication skills to update managers at all levels.
To assist with employee repatriation when required.
Responsible for full and final settlement collection and updates.
Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Minimum English Language Level 4 (as per Transguard English Standards).
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
