We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Employee Welfare & Relations to join our Group Human Resources team in Dubai.
Scope
Ensure that all ESS /Welfare related issues raised by the employees are either resolved or escalated to the HR Manager for discussion and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that employee grievances communicated in-person or through the ESP are addressed with the utmost professionalism and impartiality in a timely manner
- Ensure that all queries are recorded for your assigned hub in ESP and actioned accordingly in a timely manner
- Ensuring all the leaves are processed for the staff and oracle is updated immediately
- Ensuring all the resignations are processed for the staff and oracle is updated immediately with right dates and relevant documents
- Ensure that standard approved letters and other documents are used
- Ensure timely submission of one-on-one report i.e., before 10th of every month
- Ensure verification of documents not limited to medical documents, is done thoroughly and right response has been provided to the staff
- Stay updated on the latest labor laws and regulations in the UAE to ensure compliance
- Ensure that exit surveys are being conducted for every employee who is leaving the company
- Effective communication skills to update Managers at all levels
