We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to join our Security Operations Center team to be based out of our head office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff information on weekly basis, to include maintaining team timesheets, updating staff annual leave, rejoining, ID numbers, DPS License number etc. along with other general information;
- Maintain records of team training requirements and applications;
- Processing staff requests and follow up with TGHQ HR;
- Maintain Document in/out register and follow up for document delivery/receipt to and from TGHQ. All documents including proposals and invoices;
- Maintaining EID, Health Card record, Staff Uniform Register, Fuel Card Register, Vehicle movement register and DPS License record;
- Updating Staff Passport, Visa, EID, PSBD, TGID Cards through HR;
- Preparation of Invoices and proposals in coordination with Senior Manager-PMO and project engineers;
- Record Keeping, Backup & Archiving;
- Record all daily project and AMC tasks with date, status & follow up actions;
- All other tasks required by Senior Manager-PMO that ensures the successful delivery of projects.
Skills
- Minimum English Language Level 4 (by Transguard Group Standards).
- Use of MS Excel.
- intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
