We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator - Supply Management our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Purpose-
The purpose of the position is to efficiently handle administrative tasks, including organizing contractual documents and associated metadata and performing data entry. The role is also required to coordinate with suppliers for the timely collection of expiring documents (e.g. Trade License, Insurance certificates).
Responsibility-
- Ensuring all signed contracts and associated metadata incl. pricing is recorded in eSupply. Subsequent Work Orders and Variations should also be recorded in eSupply.
- Monitoring of supplier documents that are expiring and following up with them to ensure these are renewed and recorded. Ensuring suppliers maintain the required levels of insurance during the duration of the contract.
- Extracting data from sources systems such as GRP and eSupply and updating reports used to track progress / KPI’s.
- Ensuring that tickets (Digital Dubai, Jaggaer) are raised when issues arise or enhancements required and following up to ensure their closure.
- Supporting the cataloging of inventory items in GRP and/or Maximo to enable a timely requisitioning process.
Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Some training in administration / data entry.
- Strong IT skills – incl. MS Excel, Data entry skills – attention to detail.
