Job Description

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees! We are currently recruiting for CRM Outbound executive to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and follow up on previous interactions.
  • Collect and accurately record customer feedback, comments, and suggestions using CRM systems.
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and procedures for conducting outbound calls and collecting feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, survey results, and performance metrics to management.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. Knowledge of automotive products, parts, and services is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic would be an advantage.

  • Good voice quality (no heavy/obvious accent)

  • Can blend with the team. Not overconfident.
