We are currently recruiting for CRM Outbound executive to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and follow up on previous interactions.
- Collect and accurately record customer feedback, comments, and suggestions using CRM systems.
- Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and procedures for conducting outbound calls and collecting feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, survey results, and performance metrics to management.
Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.

Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.

Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. Knowledge of automotive products, parts, and services is highly desirable.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic would be an advantage.

Good voice quality (no heavy/obvious accent)
