Transguard Workforce Solutions is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for a prominent client in the Pharmaceutical industry. The Customer Service Coordinator is the interface between commercial functions particularly with KAMs, Demand & Supply Planning, and Customers. The job holder will be responsible for managing a customer sales order from receipt until product delivery through a streamlined and competent process flow (including pricing set up, preparation of required shipping documents, invoices, credit notes, import permits, E1/SAP systems execution, etc.)
In this role your responsibilities include the following:
- Managing sales orders from customers across the Gulf. This includes orders receipt, acknowledgement, and input on E1/SAP
- Processing and supplying of orders in a timely and efficient manner to government institutions and distributors in the Gulf and Levant markets
- Updating & following up on order status & shipping details for the weekly estimates while keeping all customers informed
- Identifying potential supply problems in supply chain, development and implementation of necessary preventive and corrective actions Improving logistics and distribution and obsolescence stock costs Managing claims by doing proper investigation and becoming involved in the accrual process.
- Ensuring proper invoicing in line with the company compliance policies and revenue recognition rules .
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (degree or certification in supply chain preferred) Experience in Customer Service, Logistics and Distribution Operations
- Experience with import and export documentation in the Middle East region
- Working experience with ERP systems (E1/SAP)
- PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
