Transguard Workforce Solutions are looking to hire Customer Service Professionals for our client to manage a welcome desk kiosk at three airport locations across the UAE. The role is a temporary role beginning the 15th August 2021 and ends 31st March 2022.
The locations of the role include Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The role is shift based and is scheduled at 6 working days per week.
The customer service professionals will be welcoming visitors travelling into the UAE and advising them on events and experiences related to Expo 2020. The role includes greeting visitors, advising on event status and assisting with registration, tickets and queries.
The role begins on 15th August so only candidates that can join before then will be considered. This is an outsourced position through Transguard Workforce Solutions for our Client.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have the following skills;
- Working experience within Customer Service
- Friendly personality and happy to engage with customers
- Ability to manage information and collate reports as and when required
Additional Requirements;
- Additional language skills such as Arabic, Russian and Mandarin are preferred
- Availability to start a temporary role on the 15th August
- Currently based in the UAE
- Fully vaccinated from COVID-19 as recognised by UAE Health Authorities.
