We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Administrator to support our Recruitment Document Transaction function.

Scope

Data Entry Administrator is the job role within the production team of recruitment responsible for processing of biodata and visa application for all levels of jobs in Transguard. The role is designed to do administrative tasks involved in various stages of visa processing of applicant biodata.

Responsibility

  • Biodata entry for the new applicants for registering them to HR360 with accuracy
  • Maintaining live sheet with candidates’ information in the pipeline
  • Reviewing biodata based on the job roles and criteria defined for the job roles
  • Application of Visa on government portals for the approved biodata
  • Application of Change Status for the approved visa in the system
  • Visa reinstatement of ex staff based on approved communications
  • Review Visa applications pending in government portals for more than 3 working days
  • Daily reporting of Visa and Change Status posting
  • Coordination with GRO for visa pending cases
  • Document follow up with team and external candidates for processing of visa
  • Other Adhoc assignments as per the business requirement

Skills

Knowledge - Experience (Preferred)

  • 6 months to 1 year in a Similar Position 
  • 1-2 years in the industry             

Education

  • High School and above

  • General Knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Basic Reporting Skills

Skills – Hard

  • Medium English
