Data Entry Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Operator our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Responsibility-

• Data Gathering: Mail distribution to Payers and Providers; Correspondence with the Payers and Providers to gather Authorized signatory and mail ID details, validate the info.
• Filling in Contract template and send it sign off from authorized signatories with clients.
• Contract document update.
• Adapt E signature approach and develop and maintain an E filing system and tracker.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Familiarity with administrative duties.
• Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
