Transguard Group are presently searching for a Manager – Development andGovernance for our Headquarters based out of the Dafza in Dubai.
Scope:
The key background for this role is that the employee will have a Sales, data analysis and administrative background and an understanding of the overall business unit operations and requirements. Managing the Team Quality Governance and Development of the Aviation BU this includes managing sales solutions, designing daily, weekly and monthly reports to support in timely decision making as well as working alongside the support services teams on invoicing, T&A consolidation, Payroll and Deployment Trends and provide observations as well as recommendations with corresponding data.
The Employee will report to the BU Director.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reports relevant to the business unit with observations (eg. Deployments, KPI adherence etc)
- Review and monitor data sources to ensure data and reporting accuracy
- Sales Solutions owner and Strategy planning and implementation
- Conseptualize, design, create and manage BU BI Dashboards with live data and to play a key role in IT implementations with regards to process changes and KPI tracking/measuring
- Managing Aviation Administration Team, ASP, EKID & PR and other process
- Monitor and Improve Admin Team pass applications and other processes
- Managing overall Team Quality Governance, monitor invoicing, T&A consolidation, Payroll, Audit, compliance and Deployment Trends and provide recommendations with corresponding data
Skills
- Strong Admin, IT, and numerical background Degree required
- Background in Finance, Administration, strong IT and Excel skills
- Implementation and usage of Power BI dashboards as well as.
- Strong in Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong in managing staff and manipulating large data.
- Strong in Numerical Skills.
- Power BI Dashboard Usage and Implementation / Data visualisation
- Digital Transformation Background
- Ability to play a key role in IT implementations with regards to process changes
- Analytical Interpretation and visualisation of Data
- Development of processes
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
