Document Controller - HR Systems

Transguard is now looking to recruit a Document Controller - HR Systems for our Employee Shared Services division.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following:

• Ensuring that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the document’s submission due date. Editing documents that have typographical errors and other types of errors that may lead to the disqualification of a document.
• Scanning and saving all documents in the appropriate folders.
• Performing regular audits on corporate documents in order to ensure all documents are properly maintained/archived.
• Responsible for file validation and document controlling
• Performing evaluations and document audits in the whole company.
• Effectively following the company's standard operating procedures for submissions of documents.
• Submitting error-free corporate documents in a timely manner. Ensure all documents are completed and labelled accurately before submitting them to the respective department.
• Communicating with employees whilst preparing all documentations in order to ensure timely submissions. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to plan and organize workload
• Subject matter expert in GCC labour law
• Able to analyze and independently solve a variety of difficult situations and problems
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
