Job Description
- Ensures that the associate will have FLOWER check on transaction basis before he starts the service.
- Reports to Manager or Supervisor if there is any assistance required
- Ensures that Customer transfer services had been completed as per scheduled timings without delays or gaps.
- Adheres to timing gaps between various pick up and drop off points, being flexible and following UAE Traffic Regulations at all time.
- Highlights timely service of the vehicle and maintenance jobs as required, reporting to Manager or Supervisor.
- Maintains daily accurate records of the transfer details.
- Ensure all Hertz Standard policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- When required, any Customer Complaints or Comments are escalated to the Supervisor/ Manager as per process agreed
Skills
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High school with valid UAE Driving License
- Job-Specific Skills: Good command of English, Defensive
- Driving abilities, knowledge of vehicle operations.
- Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills,
- Effective listening and Customer focus, Flexible
