Driving Facilitator – Center of Excellence

We are currently recruiting for an Driving facilitator to join our Center of Excellence team based in Dubai Investment Park 2 Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning programme as per the defined learning plan, session plan and COE processes and procedures.
• Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results.
• Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations.
• Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as subject matter expert (SME).
• Create and develop practical activities, visual material and learning aids.
• Assist with the creation of the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manual.
• Evaluate learning outcomes of Learning & Development programmers and activities.
• Update attendance, assessment and evaluation records at the end of each session onto TR360.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate learning and development activities and program effectiveness, success and return on investment (ROI) periodically.

• EPT level 4 or above required (as per Transguard English Standards).
• Must have minimum 2 years’ Limo driving experience within the UAE.
• Must have minimum 5 years’ overall driving experience.
• Must have Category 6 driver License.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Intermediate use of MS office 365.
• Must have good presentation, time management and rapport building skills.
• Must have Vehicle driving instructor permit (RTA Issued).
