Employee Benefits Project Manager - Transformation Office

Transguard is currently hiring an EB Project Manager - Transformation Office to join their team which is head quartered in Dubai

The scope of work-

To implement the delivery of the assigned Employee Benefits (EB) Project through the ideation, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of the project's phases in order to ensure that all project's deliverables are achieved on time and in full, and the business case of the project is achieved and materialized.

Department Overview-

The employee benefit (EB) Transformation Office is a stand alone function reporting to directly to the Chief Employee Benefits Officer and has responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Propose, Lead, & Implement transformation initiatives & projects improving Healthcare offering targeting quality, processes, digital initiatives, and customers experience.
- Lead the project management portfolio for Healthcare initiatives in the short and long term.
- Define EB strategies, and guidelines and consolidate performance dashboard for the key Healthcare processes.
- Support the development of business cases rated to transformation and improvement of services and quality.
- Define key success measures in strategic projects for healthcare and measure and monitor improvements.

Job Responsibilities include the following

Strategic Responsibilities-

Project's Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop a detailed project management plan to track project progress
- Define the overall scope of the project and prioritize the tasks of the project
- Create and update project documentation
- Create accurate forecasts for project's ROI and resource requirements
- Ensure project tasks are executed and reviewed within scope
- Conduct a risk assessment to identify risks, and plan risks mitigations

Stakeholder engagement and leadership:
- Manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders
- Run project status meetings, and project meetings

Reporting and project reviews:
- Coordinate and monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle
- Report and escalate issues when necessary
- Manage project performance with appropriate KPIs
- Continuously follow up on the progress, risks, and opportunities of the project
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Make recommendations for project improvements
- Report to EB PMO committee the status of the project

Operational and Technical Qualifications-

- Ensure the implementation of the project phases using the appropriate project management tools and templates.
- Ensure the involvement of the respective external teams.
- Ensure that the new solutions & project deliverables are implemented on a time and in full.

- CAMP or PMP Certifications
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare insurance market & process.
- Successful track of experience in projects in healthcare insurance market
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years experience in healthcare insurance projects in UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of Healthcare Policies, Processes and Systems.
