Job Description

Transguard is now looking to recruit an Employee Life Cycle administrator for our Employee Shared Services division. As an ESS Administrator, you will assist the ESS Management team in all aspects of administration, ensuring team compliance and confidentiality.

 

In this role, your job responsibilities include the following:

  • Administration of Transguard's Site Based Employment related processes (contracts, contract amendments, annual leave and absences, visa applications, EID applications, medical scheduling, terminations, flight requests, passports, benefits and general administration)
  • Input Employee information onto Oracle HCM
  • Filing of confidential documents
  • Preparation of all reports as and when required
  • Dealing with all employee-related queries and issues
  • Ensure that all processes and administration is completed within agreed turnaround times as per KPIs
  • Ability to run reports and prepare analytical data from Oracle HCM.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
