We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Hospitality Operations. This role will be based out of DAFZA, Dubai.
Scope
To provide leadership and support for the technicians, installers, and apprentices in the field of site installation as well as manage project delivery as instructed by the Lead Engineer. To monitor projects and provide regular reports on progress, site issues, equipment issues, and staffing requirements including additional training and health and safety. A technically competent and responsible person to supervise Senior Technicians and Subcontractors, interact with Customers and report to Management. They must display logical thinking and strong responsibility. A valid UAE driving license is also required.
Skills
- To work with the Lead Engineer to achieve the delivery of Security Integration projects within budget and strict timelines.
- To demonstrate Transguard Security Integration’s professional image by being clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- To demonstrate Transguard Security Integration capability to clients as a market leader in project implementation; being knowledgeable and confident of the equipment and installation requirements.
- The production of written documentation and reports including a. Project Progress b. Delivery Reports c. Installation Evaluation d. Installation Issues e. Client Requests f. Project and Service Delivery g. Training Requirements h. Handover Documentation.
- Liaison with team members and subcontractors on a. Installation Methodologies b. Technical Issues c. Fabrication Requirements d. Security & ICT Requirements e. Observation of H&S Requirements.
- Support technicians, installers, and apprentices when required.
- To develop and maintain an excellent technical knowledge of existing and new services/products through in-house or external training courses.
- To develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their security project; To assume responsibility for high quality and timely delivery.
