Job Description
Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning programme as per the defined learning plan, session plan and CoE processes and procedures.
Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results.
Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations.
Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulation's environmental policies and general duty of care.
Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as subject matter expert (SME).
Create and develop practical activities, visual material and learning aids.
Assist with the creation of the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manual.
