As Finance coordinator in TG Living your role will be responsible for supporting TGL in recording of payments and invoicing for the department including recording cash, cheque, bank transfers & online payments received.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
- Recording payments and keeping tracker up to date
- Raising invoices in oracle
- Raising Credit note request
- Checking receipt of cash payments from drivers / estimators / TG Staff
- Liaising with Treasury and finance to match PO numbers
- Co-ordinate with operations manager for receipt of EFTA payments
- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi drivers to ensure cash payments are received and logged on to Oracle
- Reconciliation of payment & bank charges
- Updating revenue reports
- Creating End of day report
- Adhoc financial reports as when required
The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance related field & must have minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Financial role (preferably within the consumer industry) with excellent Knowledge of various digital tools and platforms (oracle)
