We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Management Supervisor to join our Cash team in Abu Dhabi
Scope
Comply with the departmental policies and ensure that all criteria set by the manager are followed. Responsible for operational management of Cash Services Fleet and management of associated costs.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for keeping Fleet operations in AUH at all times
- Interface for all internal operational departments and with external contracted workshops
- Manage compliance to regulations by local regulatory bodies
- Monitor all fleet operations staff of AUH/AA
- Maintain and update workshop-related reports/data
- Responsible for regulatory authority requirements with regards to surprise inspection of cash vans
- Actively reduce the risk of breakdown, poor reliability, and responsible for recommending improvements
- Ensure that vehicles are registered in accordance with UAE law
- Ensure that cash services CIT vehicles are in accordance with local authorities (SIRA /PSFRD / ASSD ) laws
- Maintain soft vehicles as per contract with the vendor
- Prepare periodic maintenance plan and manage replacement vehicles
- Ensure 100% soft vehicles are subject to Branding Audit and pics are uploaded in the system as per given guidelines by the 10th of each month
- Visit AA fortnightly to supervise maintenance and coordination with third party workshop(s)
- Manage and record fines and fees with respect to TG Cash Fleet
- Coordinate with Procurement for early provision of spares for vehicles in AUH/AA
- Maintain vehicles documents
- Annual plan for vehicles renewal (registration and regulatory)
- Responsible for conducting RTS Audit for AUH Fleet
- Responsible for external /ISO audit for AUH Fleet
- Ensure availability of vehicles for next day Operations
- Preparation of Daily Fleet Report every morning and evening
- Plan and manage repairs, renewals, inspections out of approved reserve of vehicles (13.6%)
- Plan Maintenance of Vehicles /servicing
- Plan battery maintenance, replacement record and plan for the year
- Plan maintenance of vehicle CCTV (annual)
- Plan and manage availability of reserve vehicles for breakdown during Operations
- Timely replacement of breakdown vehicles
- Expedite repairs in coordination with TGWS and outsourced workshops and monitor SLAs for repairs
- Liaise with TGWS and maintain adequate vehicles for Ops on daily basis
- SLA Monitoring of Recovery service, TGSI – ACS, and TGWS/outsourced workshops
- Maintain rate card and update in coordination with Procurement
- Estimate scrutiny for AUH/AA and arrangement of parts through procurement
- JC review of AUH /AA vehicles
- Reports for Senior Manager Fleet on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Coordination with TGSI for ACS
- Maintain Repeated Faults report for vehicles and ACS and share it with concerned departments
- Ensure 0% failure of vehicles presented for regulatory inspections
- Random inspection of vehicles
- Overall responsible for fueling of vehicles
- Plan washing, cleaning and polishing of all vehicles and ensure compliance
- Recovery and repair of accidented vehicles
- Liaise with Insurance for expedited repairs and claims
- Manpower Management – Fleet team
