Fleet Supervisor

Transguard is currently recruiting for a Fleet Supervisor to join their team, based out of the company Headquarters in DAFZA. 

Your responsibilities would include the following:

• Fully responsible for the deployment of staff to site from TG accommodation, ensuring lateness & UA are within agreed metrics
• Flexibility in terms of working from several different locations with the willingness to travel as and when instructed by the Senior Manager
• Flexibility in terms of hours & days of work depending on critically important working days as advised by the Client
• Monitor & record all instances of UA and ensure this works in tandem with the Senior Coordinator (Admin) for clear and effective reporting
• Ensure the two Operations Coordinators are working efficiently and effectively at all times and are carrying out and any all duties required
• Conduct regular Operations meetings with the Operations Coordinators and Supervisors to openly discuss any issues or concerns
• Maintain operational excellence and accuracy of data at all time, ensuring to work with the both the Senior Coordinator (Admin) and Senior Manager to ensure data is always 100% accurate and provided on a timely manner
• Maintain trackers covering all aspects of UA
• Work alongside the Senior Manager to ensure the various Master File reports are maintained and updated within an agreed timescale
• Be on hand to meet with any Employees required for complaints of concerns, and similarly be on hand to meet with similar-level client contacts for concerns regarding HR, HSE, PPE and general queries
• Carry out and manage any additional responsibilities as assigned by your Senior Manager including but not limited to being on call, CSR activities etc.
