Scope
Approve bookings for container and freight pick up, and ensure coordination for shipments
Responsibility
Booking shipments and coordinating with shipping lines/airline carriers.
Upload the shipment data into the CW1 System on time
Review customer and supplier billing.
Review and sign off shipping documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy
prepare an authorization letter and send it to the forwarder together with shipping documents for clearance of the goods from the port
